  1. Hitachi LSH (Lumada Solution) Project

    Project Overview:

    I worked as a Technical Project Manager for the Hitachi client project named LSH, where I led a team responsible for developing an internal Service Portal. The portal was designed to streamline and manage access to enterprise tools for employees. In the initial phase, the platform focused on provisioning and managing access to tools such as GitHub and Miro, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual access management.


  2. Expedia Project

Project Overview:

As a Program manager in the Expedia Loyalty Experience Project, I manage multiple modules while ensuring compliance with Expedia's well-defined processes and documentation standards. Given the project's scale and multiple stakeholders, I actively bridge communication gaps, align priorities, and maintain clear coordination to ensure timely delivery

Worked on enhancements to Expedia’s customer experience by delivering real-time responses to flight delays and optimizing agent incentives.


Projects:

  • Flight Delay Benefits:

    • Implemented a feature that notifies users of flight delays and offers compensatory benefits such as coupons, airport services, or One Key Cash credits.

    • Managed the full workflow from delay notification to benefit redemption.


  • Save Your Way Module:

    • Developed a module enabling travel agents to earn rewards (One Key Cash or free bookings) by booking tickets through specific channels.

    • Aimed at increasing agent engagement and platform loyalty.


  • Accessibility & Quality Assurance:

    • Identified and resolved accessibility-related bugs to ensure compliance with usability standards and improve the user experience for all customers.


  1. Ford Credit Project

    Project Overview:

    Ford Credit provides financing solutions for consumers and dealerships. Our team at GlobalLogic developed a mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms, aimed at simplifying financial management for vehicle owners. The app offers a user-friendly interface to manage payments, view lease details, and monitor financial transactions efficiently.


  1. TTC Touring

    Project Overview:

    Led the revamp of the travel package booking experience for TTC. Delivered a new shopping cart system with an enhanced user journey, backed by a modern backend engine and a reusable canonical architecture. Designed the solution to support multiple TTC brands (e.g., Trafalgar, Costsaver) with reusable code and only brand-specific UI changes required.
